  1. Do you have popcorn bidding on this site ? Yes , auction is extended by 5 minutes once a bid is placed within 5 minutes of it's closure.
  2. What forms of payment do you accept ? We accept all major credit cards and Debit VISA which are securely processed on Paypal’s website directly . Please note you do not need a paypal account just enter your credit card information as you would on any other site.
  3. I don’t have a credit card ? We also accept etransfers – they can be sent to allan@redislesolutions.com . Please note we must receive the transfer within 1 hour of the close of the auction or transaction will be voided.
  4. Can I pickup item to avoid a shipping charge ? Yes you can but you need to call our office within 24 hours of the close of the auction to make arrangements for pickup either in Summerside or Lennox Island.
  5. Is my bidding name private ? Yes  , bidders name on site are all nicknames to protect identity of each person bidding.
  6. Is proxy bidding available ? Yes , you enter your max bid amount and the system will automatically place bids not exceeding the amount you specified.
  7. Is shipping available ? Yes in most cases for a flat rate of $10 plus applicable taxes.
  8. Do all auction items have a reserve price ? No
  9. Are all items used ? No …please read product description carefully before you bid. When in doubt please ask via live chat or send email to allan@redislesolutions.com and will reply within 24 hours .
  10. Can I buy an item even after a bid is placed by someone else ? Yes you can if option to “Buy Now” is available. Just add to cart and complete the checkout process .
  11. Can I return an item ? Generally all sales are final except if/when our item description was grossly inaccurately . With that said we are aware “gray area” situations may arise so will deal on a case by case basis.
  12. What’s your warranty on items ? Our general warranty policy is stated on main page of our website however that is always superceded if/when a product description states otherwise .
  13. What’s your shipping time like ? We ship within 24 Hours upon receiving full payment . Actual delivery times depend on the actual carrier used which in most cases will be Canada Post. Tracking information will be emailed once item ships.
